True, considering most of the ones forecasting events and prices were getting investors all worked up for a nothing burger. usually when an event does not happen like many predict, price drop sets in. maybe there is more drop coming, who knows.

100 million Restricted Shares for a restaurant/bar is WAY TOO MANY SHARES! Unless KEGS is buying a restaurant/bar that is worth well over $100 million dollars that is way too many shares for a measly restaurant/bar.
