What's stupid is not realizing that a well armed EU is a major benefit to peace through strength in curtailing the ambitions of the dictator countries of the world -- my guess is that within a few weeks we will see Russia back away from its war as the EU takes Ukraine into its empire

Agreed it is an excellent strategy to announce a share count they intend to buy vs a dollar amount. It shows more that they have the capital to absorb 5M shares over the course of the next 3 quarters with the intention of it eventually reaching that $4 per share mark by December this year. @OrbitWi
