The Company was notified by Credit Suisse Asset Management on 10 February 2003
that Sun Life Financial of Canada (UK) Ltd ("Sun Life") no longer has a
notifiable interest in the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. Credit
Suisse Asset Management acts as discretionary fund manager to Sun Life.
