T Sold for 40% gain in less than a year. Bought as a steady Eddie 7%+ dividend payer but now the current dividend yield is below 5%. Seems more likely to retrace than continue to climb IMO. 

Every dip, is followed by another dip, that’s been the going trend here, although nobody here will admit it. That’s why you never listen to these guys when they tell you to buy the dip.
