                              Directors' Dealings


The following Director of the Company has today exercised mature share options
granted in 1996 under the Company's Unapproved Executive Share Option Scheme,
over the number of 5p ordinary shares stated below:

Following this exercise, Mr Ogden has today:

*    sold 200,000  5p ordinary shares at 261.25p per share.  The proceeds
     from this disposal will, in part, be used to finance the costs of exercise 
     and to meet the tax liability arising on the exercise of the options; and

*    gifted 1,160,000 ordinary shares of 5p each to a non-beneficial
     charitable trust



Following this transaction the interest of Mr Ogden in the ordinary share
capital of  Computacenter plc is 43,262,764 shares (23.32%).
