Gaming Corporation ("Gaming Corp" or "the Company"), www.gamingcorp.net is
pleased to announce that it has entered into a marketing agreement with T4 Media
Limited ("T4 Media"), www.t4media.com a leading outdoor advertising company.

Following the success of an extensive test campaign conducted in September 2003
T4 Media has agreed to provide advertising space across its network of car park
and train station ticket barriers across the United Kingdom during 2004 in
exchange for shares in Gaming Corp.

Justin Drummond, Chief Executive commenting on the agreement:

"This is an excellent opportunity for the Company to drive new players to its
online casino www.casino.co.uk and its new poker room www.poker.casino.co.uk We
can effectively reach our target market through advertising at key city and
airport locations."

"Based on the positive results of the last campaign which resulted in a clearly
visible upturn in business on the casino.co.uk website, taking a strategic stake
in return for advertising space is a very exciting opportunity for T4 Media."

Application has been made for 2,136,364 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to AIM.

Admission is expected to become effective on 20 January 2004.
