Not sure what you mean by that but the share price was $4 on that date and that was before this RS.  So the equivalent of $80.

First - PYT is not the topic of this board, agreed. Only reason that was brought up is that you also said the very same things about a clear cut penny dumping scam
Second - I did invest in PYCT knowing full well it was a scam but I never ever wanted to be part of

There's other ways of playing a stock short other than selling it short. Buy a Put Option.

I don't believe shorting should be legal either. It doesn't make sense to be able to sell something you don't own.
