The Mexican Peso gained ground against the U.S. dollar in
European morning deals on Wednesday, as oil prices firmed after
China promised more measures to revive flagging economy.
Fears over China eased after China's finance ministry Tuesday
indicated that it would allocate more funds to support some
infrastructure projects and implement tax cuts for small
businesses.
The Mexican Peso appreciated to 16.74 against the greenback, its
strongest since September 3, and was up by 0.48 percent from
Tuesday's closing value of 16.82. The next possible upside target
for the Mexican currency may be located around the 15.5 zone.
