The Pakistan rupee declined to 83.21 against the US dollar at 12:30 am ET Friday. This set the lowest point for the rupee since August 31, 2009. The next downside target level for the Pakistan currency is seen around 83.47. The pair closed Thursday's deals at 83.00.
