Explanation of Responses:
(1)  On March 21, 2023, the Reporting Person resigned from the Board of Directors of Atlantic Coastal Acquisition Corp. (the "Company"). Pursuant to the terms of the Reporting Person's stock grant from the Company, the Reporting Person's resignation triggered a forfeiture of 50,000 shares of Class A Common Stock then-held by the Reporting Person to Atlantic Coastal Acquisition Management LLC (the "Sponsor").
