8.01. Other Events.
On
June 15, 2023, Broad Capital Acquisition Corp., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing
that on June 12, 2023, it caused to be deposited $150,000 into the Company’s Trust account for its public stockholders, representing
$0.0332 per public share, allowing the Company to extend the period of time it has to consummate its initial business combination from
June 13, 2023 to July 13, 2023 (the “Monthly Extension”). This Monthly Extension is the sixth of the twelve-monthly extensions
permitted under the Company’s governing documents.
