On May 14, 2021, Casey’s General Stores, Inc. issued a press release announcing the closing of the previously announced acquisition of Buchanan Energy, owner of Bucky’s Convenience Stores. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
