NEX Group Receives Takeover Approach by CME Group

London-listed NEX Group PLC (NXG.LN) said Thursday that it has
received a preliminary takeover approach by U.S. company CME Group
Inc.(CME).
The U.K. financial technology company said that discussions are
at an early stage and there can be no certainty that an offer will
be made, nor as to the terms of such an offer.
CME Group has until April 12 to make an offer, according to the
rules of the London Stock Exchange.
