Attached is an English translation of the summary of the letter dated December 7, 2011 filed by the Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires and the Comisión Nacional de Valores .

By letter dated December 7 ^th , 2011, the Company reported the resignation and assumption of office at Banco Hipotecario S.A. by the former CFO, Mr. Gabriel Pablo Blasi. Mr. Matías Iván Gaivironsky has been appointed CFO of the Company, effective as from the date hereof.
