Item 8.01. Other Events.

 

As a result of delays in obtaining EDGAR filing codes for Balazs Wallisch, CTO of the Company, to complete Forms 3 and 4 for Mr. Wallisch, the registrant, RDE, Inc. (“RDE” or the “Company”) wants to report three recent market purchases by Mr. Wellisch, the first being for 1,000 shares of the Company’s common stock on September 9, 2024, at the price of $2.95 per share and 35,000 shares on October 10, 2024, at the price of $1.45 per share, bringing the beneficial ownership of Mr. Wallisch to 1,040,217 shares of the Company’s common stock.
