On August 5, 2019, Greenpro Capital Corp. (the “Company”) entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Fusionex Innovations Sdn. Bhd. to explore financial technology initiatives or projects for the financial services sector. A copy of the press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and is incorporated herein by reference.
