Redhill Biopharma Ltd. (the “Company”) announced that on June 4, 2024 Ms. Alla Felder submitted to the board of directors (the “Board”) a notice of resignation from her position as a member of the
Board, effective June 6, 2024. Ms. Felder’s resignation from the Board is due to personal reasons and not as a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
Mr. Dror Ben-Asher, Chairman of the Board, commented, “On behalf of the entire Board, I thank Alla for the valuable contributions she has provided to the Company as a Board member.”
