Item 5.02Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On January 15, 2025, Richard D. Roomberg, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, notified the Company that he will resign from all roles with the Company and its subsidiaries effective as of February 14, 2025. Mr. Roomberg’s resignation is not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter related to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices. Mr. Roomberg’s replacement will be announced in due course.
