Accenture has acquired Comtech Group, a consulting company for infrastructure projects, for an undisclosed fee.

The professional services company has recently secured deals for several smaller firms across its specialty areas, including in marketing and business process services.

Comtech, which has about 300 employees, specializes in construction projects in transportation, manufacturing, renewable and nuclear power and building rehabilitation, Accenture said.

Accenture said the deal would expand its know-how on capital projects in Canada.

The company also recently acquired infrastructure advisory firm Anser Advisory.

Accenture said Wednesday it would acquire Stagwell's healthcare marketing agency for $245 million and announced on Monday it would acquire MNEMO Mexico, a cybersecurity firm.
