Dow Jones News
LONDON--Seeing Machines Ltd. (SEE.LN), a maker of sensors that
monitor people using machinery for signs of fatigue, Monday said it
signed a marketing and license agreement with existing partner
Caterpillar Inc. (CAT) under which Caterpillar's dealers will sell
monitoring and analytical services that use Seeing Machines'
products.
"The formalization of this phase of the alliance agreement
brings Seeing Machines one step closer to making our DSS
intellectual property available as both a Caterpillar aftermarket
product and as original equipment in a range of new Cat machines,"
said Chief Executive Ken Kroeger.
Shares at 0845 GMT traded 2.4% higher at five pence.
