(indistinctly, “EDENOR” or the “Company”) in compliance with the current regulations, in order to inform you that as a result of the successful exchange offer process, whereby the Company eligible holders accepting the exchange of Notes at fix rate 9,75% due October 2025 representing 73,25% of outstanding amount of Existing Notes, S&P Global Rating Argentina S.R.L, confirmed the institutional rating of the Company, as well as the rating of the Global Medium Term Note Program up to U$S 600 millions and the class 9 Negotiable Debentures in raCCC+, changing the CreditWatch from Special Review with Positive Implications, to in Special Review with Implications in Development.
