--Royal Dutch Shell PLC (RDSB.LN) is looking to sell its 35% stake in the $15 billion Abadi liquefied natural gas project in Indonesia, Reuters reports, citing unnamed sources.

--Shell is looking to raise around $1 billion from the sale of its stake to help pay for its $54 billion purchase of BG Group in 2015.

--A spokeswoman from Shell declined to comment.
