The board of directors of Worthington Steel, Inc. (NYSE: WS) has
declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per common share. The
dividend is payable on March 28, 2025, to shareholders of record
March 14, 2025.
Worthington Steel will host a conference call to discuss its
fiscal 2025 second quarter results at 8:30 a.m. ET on Thursday,
Dec. 19, 2024. A live webcast of the call will be available on the
Investor Relations section of the Company’s website at
www.WorthingtonSteel.com and will be archived for one year.
