--Yum China Holdings Inc. is planning a second listing in Hong Kong as early as September, Bloomberg reports, citing unnamed sources.

--The fast-food giant, which runs U.S. brands including KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell in China, plans to seek approval from Hong Kong's stock exchange as soon as this month, Bloomberg says.
