Digital Animations Group PLC ("DA Group" or the "Company")



Purchase of own Securities



DA Group announces that, on Friday 28th March 2003, it purchased 265,000 of its
own ordinary shares at a price of 19 pence per share. This is in accordance with
the authority to make market purchases of shares granted by shareholders at the
Annual General Meeting held on 3 October 2002.



The shares will be cancelled. Following this cancellation, DA Group will have
29,741,026 ordinary shares in issue.



The Company also announces that it will not make any further share repurchases
until such time as the share premium account has been cancelled.
