                             Suspension of trading


The Directors regret they are unable to announce the Company's results for the
financial period ended 30 September 2002 because they are reviewing the position
of the Company as to its ability to continue as a going concern. The Directors
hope to resolve the position before 30 April 2003. Due to the delay in
publication of the Company's report and accounts, trading in the Company's
shares has been suspended with effect from 7.00 a.m. today.
