                                     Update

Further to its announcement dated 19 September 2003, the Company announces that
its listing on AIM will be cancelled with effect from the close of business
today, 30 September 2003. The Company has found no appetite in the capital
markets for the early stage technology companies which it sought to develop and
the directors have decided to proceed to an orderly winding up of the Company in
a solvent manner.
