At the Extraordinary General Meeting for shareholders and General Meeting for 
Warrantholders held this morning all resolutions were duly passed. Accordingly,
the period of the Warrants issued on 19th October 2000 will be extended for a 
further 18 months to expire on 18th April 2005. All other terms and conditions 
of the Warrants will remain unchanged.
