(Amex(R)) opened trading on Merrill Lynch's STARS Linked to the
S&P 500 Index. Priced at $10.00 per unit with an initial offer
size of 14,350,000 units, this equity trades under the ticker
symbol SZL and has a maturity date of June 25, 2010. The notes are
