its annual meeting of shareholders at 12:30
p.m. Mountain Time (2:30 p.m.
ET) in a virtual-only meeting format via live audio webcast.

voting process. TransAlta will only conduct the formal business of
the meeting and there will not be a management presentation

hold its annual meeting of shareholders at 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time (12:00 p.m. ET) in a virtual-only meeting format
