Appulse Corporation ("Appulse") (TSX VENTURE:APL) today reported a loss of
$14,000 for the three months ended March 31, 2010 with revenues of $1,895,000,
compared to a loss of $66,000 and revenues of $1,497,000 for the same
three-month period of the previous year. A positive operating cash flow for the
quarter of $27,000 compares to a negative operating cash flow of $13,000 for the
same three-month period of 2009.

The increase in revenue is attributed to a higher level of machine sales. Total
margins achieved in the first quarter, however, fell short of the previous year
reflecting the specific product mix and a very competitive environment prevalent
during the later part of 2009. General and administrative overhead costs were
lower during the quarter compared to the previous year and will continue to
reflect cost reduction initiatives now implemented. Service and parts activities
are currently very strong at both the Calgary and Waterloo locations and current
prospects will lead to increased machine sale revenues for the current fiscal
period compared to those recorded in 2009.
