B BCM Resources Corp

BCM Resources Corporation (TSX VENTURE:B), the "Company" announces a
non-brokered private placement financing for proceeds of up to C$100,000 by
issuance of up to 1,000,000 million common shares priced at $0.10 per common
share.


Proceeds will be used for general working capital purposes. 

The private placement is subject to regulatory approval and all common shares
issued will be subject to a four-month hold period from the date of issuance.
Finder's fees may be payable in connection with this transaction.


The Company reports that certain directors of the Company have arranged a sale
of 250,000 shares at a price of $0.10 per share through the facilities of the
TSX Venture Exchange dated January 16, 2013. The proceeds from this sale will be
used to fund the private placement of 250,000 common shares of BCM Resources
Corporation at a price of $0.10.
