Montauk Metals Inc. (TSX-V: MTK) (the “

Montauk”) announces that Robert Hinchcliffe has
resigned as President, Chief Executive Officer and director of the
Company. Montauk thanks Mr. Hinchcliffe for his service to the
Company in such roles and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
Montauk will make further announcements, as
appropriate, announcing Mr. Hinchcliffe’s replacement or
replacements as director, President and Chief Executive
Officer.
