Panoro Minerals Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: PML)(BVLAC: PML)(FRANKFURT: PZM) ("the Company") announces that it has granted a total of 3,150,000 Options for the purchase of shares of the Company to the directors, officers, senior management and employees of the Company. The options have an exercise price of $0.30, vest immediately and expire on April 12, 2015.
