VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Dec 9, 2013) - Strategem Capital Corporation ("Strategem" or the "Company") (TSX-VENTURE:SGE) is pleased to announced that its board of directors has declared a special dividend of $0.50 per Class A common share for shareholders of the record as at December 23, 2013. The dividend will be paid to shareholders on December 30, 2013.
