("SQI" or the "Company") (TSXV: SQD) (OTCQB: SQIDF), a leader in the science of lung health that develops and manufactures respiratory health and precision medicine tests today announces that it has entered into a new consulting agreement with Looking Glass Capital Consultants ("Looking Glass"), pursuant to which Looking Glass will assist the Company with identifying potential new sources of up to $10 million of equity financing.
