5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements
of Certain Officers.
On
January 22, 2021, Ms. Dhurata Toli resigned as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the Company and Mr. James Kennett resigned
as Chief Operation Officer and as a Director of the Board of directors of the Company. The resignations of Ms. Toli and Mr. Kennett
are not a result of any disagreements with the Company, and the Company thanks both Ms. Toli and Mr. Kennett for their contributions
to the Company.
On
January 22, 2021, Mr. Ali Kasa, CEO, was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the Company.
Mr.
Kasa remains CEO and a director of the Company.
