Item 8.01 Other Events. 

 

The Company is in the process of preparing its late SEC filings. Its financial statements have been prepared for the fiscal quarters ended March 31, 2020, June 30, 2020 and December 31, 2020. Also, the financial statements have been prepared for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2020. The financial statements have been submitted to the Company’s auditors. The company is working with its accounting personnel and Independent Auditing Firm to regain its filing compliance. We anticipate that the filings will be made on or about March 31, 2021.
