Lets forget my opinion for a second - they have been in business for 19 years and for the quarter ended Sept 2024 they did $60,000 in revenues. Most pizzerias throughout the United States do more revenues. 60,000 in revenues and someone on this board thinks AI is going to help this company.
That 60,000 is revenues. They lose money every year.
Do you realize people that make minimum wage make more money than BSEG makes.

Go back to my post 5493 that I made on May 2, 2024 and see what that post said about BSEG. Again, put opinions aside and look at that post because that one post says it all.

How can you put Michael Ovitz into this conversation where he has absolutely nothing to do with BSEG. And when you say BSEG has great talent, good products and content and a favorable structure - 0K in revenues, losses and a CEO that embarrassed herself at a virtual conference.

Entertainment executive Michael Otivz who has a stable of actors, directors and screen writers just appeared on one of the financial channels this morning. In his view A-I will eventually cut costs but companies in Hollywood need to be figure out how profits will be affected early on. He sees much more consolidation coming. In my view BSEG has great talent, good products (content) and a favorable share structure. Interesting time to own a position here.

Much news on A-I and open source today which is really affecting tech. We had two small A-I companies in Austin shut down and lay off people very recently. Lots of unknowns here with expenses on chips and types of chips. Hopefully, we have been slow in adopting it here at BSEG until things calm down in A-I land. Just my two bits.

Very pleased BSEG does not take public political stances in light of news today about 3 A lister Hollywood ambassadors. Run silent and run deep keeps things running best at times. Funding comes from all types of sources. Hope we get some news soon on our funding project!

Yes, "Show me the money" is a key. BSEG is on a capital funding drive with announced projects. Execution now is key. I like the projects they have lined up.

1 - You say if cash comes in AR goes down.
It's such small numbers because AR is $600,000.
The major problem with BSEG is that AR goes up every quarter while revenues decline. If someone were to do forensic accounting on this situation it would be highly likely and very probable that a good percentage of past revenues did not generate cash flow because the AR invoices were not paid and in some instances the company had to write-off past due AR invoices which clearly revenues should not have been declared.

2 - You say BIDDING is going up.
I am not sure what you are looking at, but let me give you the benefit of the doubt.
Lets say it goes up $0.005 - How much is that for someone that owns 1 million shares. The answer is $5,000 (five thousand).
The issue with this is do you know how hard it would be to sell 1 million shares of BSEG since they have no liquidity.
Paper profit on non-liquid stocks, such as BSEG, is not a real profit and that is the reason most investors stay away from a stock like this one.

And when people stay away from a stock, the stock never goes up. You may have .005+ swings up, but you will also have them downward and at the end, if your not making a real profit, then your losing money even if you have a paper profit. And sicne you can not borrow against OTC stock due to them being illliquid, the paper profit is just like AR that doesn't get paid. THE CASH NEVER COMES, but on paper for an individual, just like a balance sheet for a public company, it has no real value.

Accounts Receivables CAN NOT be booked or moved to revenues.

Accounts Receivables was booked as revenues in the past and now it is under accounts receivables because it is owed to them by someone or some company.

If you look at past quarterly and annual reports you will see that their accounts receivables has been consistently growing. If Accounts Receivables is past 90 or 180 days old, a public company has to make proper adjustments for unpaid invoices which means past revenues would need to be adjusted. In really simple words old accounts receivables will need to be removed from the balance sheet.

$BSEG lets see if any of that $600k on the accounts receivables last Q will be moved to booked revenue this upcoming Q disclosure.

BSEG will have its day with or without you.

The reason I say that is your statement - stock price goes up and down, and this has netted multiple round trips of +100% this year.
You obviously don't understand volume and the amount of money that is traded doesn't allow for profits to any one individual with in the $10 thousand range. It can not be done based on stock prices and volume.

And no investor would be happy with a stock that is down for the year, as is the case with BSEG.
No investor would be happy with a management team that has yet to provide a ROI to the company itself.
No investor would be happy with managements comments in the past about raising capital and not accomplishing those goals.

Like I said, you are either a dullard or an employee posting positive about the company.

Ive seen this company pull in millions on past projects as well, and once production really gets going its possible again.
Management keeps a close eye on the OS and doesnt dilute them from toxic notes which for these companies is very rare.
The OS is extremely attractive for investors coming in, and there wont be many shares to go around, when projects get fully off the ground theyll chase and buy higher.

Board of directors are super successful and know what they are doing. Not like all those BODs from other OTC companies that take on toxic notes from unscrupulous toxic financing dealer scum which destroys shareholders and enriches management and toxic note dealers only. BOD keeping scum like that at bay is great for shareholders, while they keep debt and liabilities very low, almost none, while still turning a profit (which is rare down in these levels as well).

BSEG stock is down for the year, why would you want to buy this stock now?

Revenues for 6-months ended June were $132,000 with $40,000 in profits. The pizzeria down the street from my home does better so why would you want to buy this stock?

A real public company that would have a real board of directors would terminate the CEO and in BSEG case there would be a serious conversation among the board of directors as to why is this company public. Why are they paying lawyers and auditors, WHY are we public?

A public company, a good public company, must show topline growth every quarter. Companies that are doing less than $50 million should be showing at least double digit top line growth, but triple digit growth is expected especially among companies doing under $25 million in annual revenue.

Based on the revenue history of this company the CEO should really be terminated because she has failed every investor many times over.

Smart money has been buying cheap shares. Once they are snatched up, the price will go up.
