entered into a letter of intent to acquire all of the assets of
InSight Media. InSight Media is a multi faceted entertainment
company whose core business is the production and distribution of
videos and streaming websites relating to the cannabis
industry. The management of Cre8tive recognizes that the
cannabis industry is poised for exponential growth and by acquiring
these assets it will position Cre8tive to become a leader in the
development and distribution of cannabis related media. The
main focus will be the development of Cannabis Café TV with the
