Cascadia Investments, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: CDIV). Due to its success
to date, its current valuation, and its attainment of qualifying
milestones, Cascadia will shortly undertake the process of becoming
a fully reporting corporation with the SEC.
This move will provide greater accountability and transparency
for shareholders, expanded access to capital sources, and optimal
growth of business operations. The company believes the decision to
up-list to the Bulletin Board will go a long ways toward addressing
the issues related to the shorting of company stock.
In making the announcement, Cascadia CEO, Nazir Maherali,
stated, "The growth we are seeing is exciting and we feel that an
up-listing will aid our expansion while helping us to capitalise on
greater financial opportunities. It has always been a goal of
Cascadia to provide liquidity and growth for its shareholders. It
is something we have planned since inception."
