Carrefour Has Received Firm Offer for Rue Du Commerce From Shopinvest

Carrefour SA (CA.FR) said Friday that it has received a firm
offer for 100% of its Rue du Commerce business from e-commerce
group Shopinvest.
The French food-retail giant didn't disclose financial details
on the offer for its online business, which specializes in the sale
of high-tech products.
