I've had a .0057 limit order to purchase shares for quite some time that, hopefully, will never activate.

Well, it activated a few minutes ago. Considering the drop we've had recently in the PPS, I'm not sure if my purchase was good or bad. As always, time will tell.

Dilution is for paying employees and advisors in shares rather than in cash. If these folks did not believe in the long-term viability of $CYBL, they would demand cash for their services.

I don't like the dilution, but we need to get through this challenging cycle. Perhaps they are also raising cash to pay off lawsuits until cash flow is positive.

For the longs on this board, I am staying positive. For the shorts, just sell and move on! Your bashing is a nuisance.

There was a big deal when it ran up in the six cent days and the two cent days were they weren't going to dilute and they weren't going to reverse split but it's 2025 now so they can do anything they want this is always been a loser the only time it's ever made money is when it got artificially pumped and it went to six cents and then it went to two cents but back in 2011 the same thing it was it was six cents then four then two then it fell sub penny for over 10 years and then they just played the same game over again all they're doing is taking advantage there's always some big new breakthrough right around the corner or big contract or we're going to be pink current something some huge event it's going to catapult the stock so it runs for a few minutes and then people jump into it thinking oh now that it's 45 cents it's going to go to 10 or quarter or a dollar and it never happens it always goes back to sub penny. So if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck it's got to be a duck right? All the pr and all the willful thinking and all the philosophy and people dreaming and quoting this and quoting not doesn't mean anything you got to look at the results this is always been a pump and dump bottom line. I think the reason that they haven't reverse split it is because they did that last time you know 11 12 years ago probably longer now I forget the exact time frame because it's been over a decade but you get the point this is never been a reputable company it's always been a pump and dump

Thanks, UAS-Pro. But the OS count is what I stated in my post. They are very close to the 6 billion mark now. I wanted to understand the volume activity over the last couple of days, so I called the stock transfer agent yesterday and they gave me the updated numbers. OTCM just has not updated that yet.

Just waiting for positive news at this point. Looking for a high of .10 cents this year.

There is no stock dividend. Management has stated their desire to keep the O/S under 6B. There have also been no change in share structure for a long time. They haven't issued additional for a few quarters or more. Some of the restricted have become unrestricted, but thats it.

Well, we had a very strong start and then selling hit. I believe $CYBL increased their share count to 5.993 billion and restricted went up to 716.4 million. So, we are still issuing restricted stock to key players.

But I also saw postings about a huge announcement coming. Perhaps some folks bought on that rumor and sold on no news today.

There is even rumor of a stock dividend at the end of January. But that makes ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE to me. Share buyback is much more plausible.

Anyway, there is always tomorrow and Friday this week. (Markets are closed Thursday for President Carter's funeral).
