MarketAxess Holdings Inc has agreed to buy the regulatory-reporting business of Deutsche Boerse AG.

The German stock exchange operator said Wednesday that the Regulatory Reporting Hub business would be acquired by MarketAxess's Dutch subsidiary.

The deal with the electronic trading platform operator is expected to close in the fourth quarter this year, Deutsche Boerse said, without disclosing financial details of the transaction.
