Earth Gen Biofuel Inc.βs Subsidiary Expands Manufactured Home Sales Into Nevada and Arizona
Press Release | 08/30/2022
Salem, Oregon, Aug. 30, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Earth Gen-Biofuel Inc. (OTC:EGBB) wholly owned manufacturing subsidiary, International Housing Concepts Inc. (βIHCβ), starts manufacturing of two large home orders for delivery to the Southwest. First deliveries are scheduled for mid-October. Pending factory certification, these production runs are scheduled to include HUD certified homes for a multi-home residential community in Northern Nevada and Park Model Homes for a project in Arizona.
The Nevada homes are being manufactured as part of a multiphase project that the developer has indicated could include up to 400 homes. The Sparks project is being developed as the Chalets Residential Community and will consist of a single-unit manufactured homes.
Scott DeBo, IHC President stated, βAchieving this first production order for these units is a validation of our plan to support the market trend for developers using larger floor plans in their developments. IHCβs expectation is for current contracts to be a substantial part of 2022 and 2023 sales. Based on forecasted sales these home deliveries have the potential to reach over $12,000,000 over the next three quarters if the delivery and manufacturing schedules are met.β
Mr. DeBo added, βCurrent production contracts validate the hard work and creativity of our product development team and is a good example of our commitment to working closely with our clients to build the products they envision. IHC is working with other developers to design homes that will meet certain local and national building codes for manufactured housing as well as consumer financing requirementsβ.
IHC has been delivering our Park Model homes specifically designed for the Southwest over the last five months. These homes represent the expansion of the companyβs sales strategy to build an order book that will support the planned expansion into a Phoenix regional production facility. Sales in the region in 2022 have already exceeded $1,100,000. This group of homes is now being produced in the Salem facility. An additional $1,800,000 in homes is expected to be built and delivered to the Southwest by year end if current production levels remain constant.
The companyβs goal based on existing relationships in the Pacific Northwest, and now the Southwest is to build order-flow to over 300 homes a year to support IHCβs entry into the Southwest region. The Company expects to move the production of HUD home orders for Nevada and Arizona to the Phoenix facility. The new facility will produce the Companyβs successful line of Park model RVs and the larger HUD certified models. The company is still in the process of finalizing negotiations for a new factory location and while success is not guaranteed, we continue to plan for the start of manufacturing late in 2022 or Q-1 2023.
The Phoenix facility is being designed to produce 360 homes a year and will accommodate the construction of homes up to 990 square feet. The new designs introduced in 2022, include larger homes from 425 to 980 square feet, ski chalets, 4 star resort cabins and homes with upgraded designs that recognize local environments.

$EGBB Earth Gen Biofuel Inc. 2021 Year End Update
Press Release | 01/04/2022
Salem, Oregon, Jan. 04, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Earth Gen-Biofuel Inc.(OTC:EGBB). The year 2021 provided many new opportunities to Earth Gen Biofuel Inc,. and its manufacturing subsidiary International Housing Concepts. Inc. (βIHCβ). IHC is one of Americaβs premier builders of manufactured homes of under 1000 square feet. The Company continued to expand its production capacity and broadened its sales and marketing programs. IHC now manufactures over 13 different models of Park Model homes. Current production in our 70,000 square foot facility in Salem Oregon is primarily used to fulfill increased orders from buyers in the Pacific Northwest. We continue to investigate expanding production facilities in other locations.
In the 4th quarter of 2021 the company started to expand production in its Salem facility to allow for production of 25 to 30 homes per month. IHC has improved manufacturing techniques and directed additional capital for equipment and technology. Additionally, the firm plans to increase materials inventories to better manage supply-chain shortages. Further production capacity could benefit from adding a Saturday and Sunday shift. Management continues to hire and train additional production staff and skilled labor, which is expected to increase workforce productivity.
The companyβs sales focus is expanding. IHC now has retailers in Oregon, Washington, Montana, Arizona, Nevada and California. Clients include some of the highest quality portfolios of manufactured home resort communities, retirement communities, and rental homes. The company has received orders and production deposits from these new customers with a national base of operations. The Companyβs 2022/2023 marketing plan continues to target planned communities, as well as state and local municipalities with plans to address the low-income housing issues facing many of our nationβs larger cities. IHC continues to address the affordable housing crisis in the U.S. The Company has a number of projects under review based on the proprietary products designed to meet the increasing demand for the market for this type of housing.
IHC has become a valued partner of developers looking for guidance on the strategies for final design and layout of communities. IHC has taken the lead in designing new home configurations to fit into specific locations. The Companyβs efforts have resulted in building close relationships with some of the largest RV Park developers in the country.
The Company believes that strong revenue growth for 2022/2023 will be achieved through the introduction of new distribution channels, new products, full utilization of additional production capacity and by continuing to supply our customers with superior products and service. It is anticipated that this will lead to additional sales throughout the Western US and become the road map for production nationwide.
In 2020, during the height of COVID and is related production challenges, 25 homes were delivered producing gross sales of approximately $1.6 million. Some of the same COVID issues impacted 2021operations, however based on an unaudited preliminary evaluation, 2021sales appear to have approximately doubled to over $3 million with the delivery of 46 homes. Order flow continued to build toward yearend for seasonal sales considerations. At yearend 2021 there were 32 homes scheduled for delivery over the first six to eight weeks of 2022 with 15 of those already in various stages of production on the factory floor. In the 4th quarter of 2021 the average sales price of homes was approximately $79,000.00.

$EGBB Earth Gen Biofuel Inc.βs Salem, Oregon Production Facility Helping Oregon Fire Victims with Permanent and Temporary Housing Alternatives.
Press Release | 11/09/2020
Las Vegas, NV, Nov. 09, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Earth Gen-BioFuel Inc. (OTC:EGBB) announces that it has joined local community and business leaders in the effort to assist people who lost their homes due to Oregon area wildfires. The companyβs 70,000 square foot manufacturing facility and offices were the site of last weeks meeting of community leaders, business executives and mayors from nearby communities that experienced fire damage. KGW Channel 8 TV Portland was there to report on the event.
Earth Genβs subsidiary, International Housing Concepts Inc. (βIHCβ) specializes in manufacturing homes of less than 1,000 square feet. IHC is building homes that are used in Tiny Home Residential Communities, RV Parks, Campgrounds and as back yard auxiliary living units. IHC also builds 300 to 380 square foot towable Tiny Homes that operate as off grid and on grid vacation homes that can be moved from site to site.
KGW Channel 8 reported that Jordon Truitt, whose family owns IHCβs manufacturing complex was instrumental in assisting IHC in organizing this meeting to evaluate solutions facing the community as a result of the fires. Mr. Truitt teamed up with the United Way of the Mid-Willamette Valley, and International Housing Concepts to try to bring IHCβs tiny homes to people who have lost their homes to the fire. Mr. Truitt said, βThis is a way to get them out of hotels, out of tents, out of the fairgrounds and into a shelter thatβs built to the same quality and standards as a house, thatβs affordable and in some cases portable,β
Mr. Truitt added, βThis is an opportunity for us to use the resources we have right here, to [get a] view from 10,000 feet by getting the right people into the room, into the [IHC] warehouse to view the product, to see what the potential isβ.
Mr. Truitt said, βhe started contemplating the idea through a partnership the Truitt family formed with United Way. We donated 33,000 square feet of warehouse space to the United Way for acceptance and distribution of the critical supplies that were needed by the evacuees. That was the immediate need, but those needs have started to shift. It wasnβt until they received a donation of 800 tents from Amazon that the long-term need became apparent, when each of those tents were distributed just as fast as they came in. What that did was highlight the greater need of what the ongoing problem would be, and that was housing. Truitt added, He hopes that tiny homes could be part of the solutionβ.
Robert Hayes, President & CEO stated, βIHC is in the right place with the right products to provide a solution to the problem. IHC had already begun planning for the expansion of production including adding extra staff and production space based on demand for our homes that was already well established and growing. The plans that were already in process will allow IHC to take a lead in responding to a business opportunity and also the opportunity and be a key participant in meeting the needs of our Salem area neighbors, Oregonians and people throughout the Northwest who have lost their homes
During the meeting with community leaders, IHC management provided tours of the homes being produced at our facility. IHC is now building two styles of Tiny Homes. One is a permanently placed 400 square foot home designated as a Park Model and also a Towable Home that is also about 400 square feet that is self-contained for off grid situations. The facility is also planning on providing modular housing structures that are less than 1,000 square feet for use as lakeside homes and ADUs for back yard home additions. It was determined that these housing configurations can be a real solution to providing living spaces for those displaced by the fires.
