In addition to this user experience enhancement on the device, this agreement also represents a substantial revenue opportunity. The agreement allows Edgetech International to purchase NSD services at a wholesale rate and then resell them at retail. The revenues will be generated on a monthly per user basis.

The PC Edge Auto Club will provide members with a low cost high value roadside assistance program. In addition to roadside assistance, members will receive an Ultimate Discount Package which includes automotive discounts at Aamco, Jiffy Lube, Maaco, Meineke, and Precision Tune Auto Care. They also will receive car rental savings through Alamo, Avis, Budget, Thrifty, Dollar, even RV Rentals through Cruise America RV Rental and Sales. Additional Discounts are offered on Theme Parks, such as Sea World, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Sesame Place, and Water Country USA. As well as travel discounts made available through Marathon Travel and Cruise Shops. Membership also gives discounts at Vision Express, with the largest selection of brand name lenses and sunglasses, including glass permeable, Acuvu, Optima, Sureview, and Focus. Another program included in membership is the Rx Prescription Program. This offers discounts on prescription drugs at over 51,000 pharmacies nationwide. This program gives significant savings through mail orders, walk-in situations, and through "preferred pricing" program.
