For anyone interested, even if there is no shutdown, the Senate is not In Session next week. Depressing thought, if Pulte doesn't happen this week.

if morgan stanley and jpm are in, more the reason to buy and not sell. these banks can bring it down to load up. your money, your decision.

this downturn has been talked about since last 5 years and is here. musk told you so in october. will bring down inflation as too much surplus in 401k etc. giveaways. over 5% of population has 5 million or more net worth, crazy whereas others can't pay rent . let banks be put in indefinite conservatorship with sovereign wealth fund loading up and declare victory and greatest investment in few years. get that? can banks resist conservatorship? no, they love fannie mae under conservatorship, dejavu
maybe there is $5 meal at mcdonald with few fries but a regular fries is close to $5.00. tell me one thing that has gone down in price or same in last 1 year? none. this is crazy and this downturn could force business to drop it while consumers can live with it with so much savings (except us who have been looted to hilt). what do you think?

They update the PDF as soon as the day's session has closed. So, since today's session is over, they've updated it to Tuesday. It's always the same PDF. If clearing your cache doesn't work, and the link's still not working for you, I recommend you go here, instead, and click on the blue link in the very first sentence that says "The Senate's Executive Calendar (PDF) is updated..."

I’m confused. Your link takes me to todays agenda and it says they were working on confirming Lori who is #29. How are you getting the agenda for Tuesday? I keep getting the Monday agenda everywhere I look

Yeah, this is its own kind of torture.

It appears that Pulte (#30) is not in tomorrow's line-up. The Unanimous Consent Agreement is for item #26 (Bradbury) and #28 (Slater).

Hey Rick. Yeah I was just sitting on my $1.87 shares. Finally made some money here. The 6.03 gap had me worried and sure enough it filled. I noticed the 1.45 gap.

Not saying that it's going to happen, but if Fannie and Freddie are given the same choice TBTF banks were given to buy back the warrants, it might actually be a good thing if the price goes down and remains down till the Treasury announces they've been paid in full. The purchase price in this situation would be the average closing price of the prior 20 days.

Pompoms......I did buy at $5 today like said I would a few weeks back. It could go to sub $1 but willing to take that risk given my paradigm for risk-reward.

I am a bit concerned about silence and gut feel that something changed and exit was horse traded for another agenda item. Time will tell. But agree with a previous poster that receivorship might not be as off the table as we've been thinking.

I can take bets on it
