It appears that Pulte (#30) is not in tomorrow's line-up. The Unanimous Consent Agreement is for item #26 (Bradbury) and #28 (Slater).

proceed to executive session and resume consideration of the nomination of Steven Bradbury, of Virginia, to be
Deputy Secretary of Transportation.
Ordered further, That at 11:45 a.m., the Senate vote on cloture on the Bradbury nomination.
Ordered further, That following the cloture vote on the Bradbury nomination, the Senate recess until
2:15 p.m. to allow for the weekly conference meetings.
Ordered further, That if cloture is invoked on the Bradbury nomination, the Senate vote on
confirmation of the Bradbury nomination at 2:15 p.m., followed by cloture on the nomination of Abigail Slater,
of the District of Columbia, to be an Assistant Attorney General.
Ordered further, That if cloture is invoked on the Slater nomination, all time be expired and the Senate
vote on confirmation at 5:15 p.m.
Ordered further, That if any nominations are confirmed during Tuesday’s session, the motions to
reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table and the President be immediately notified of the Senate’s
