Green Globe International, Inc. (OTC: GGII) today announced the appointment of Christopher M. Kimmes, a highly accomplished market/business development professional with extensive experience in the sustainability industry relative to commercial banking and market development, to the position of Interim President of the company. Mr. Kimmes is Founder and CEO of Green Globe, LLC, a highly specialized market development engine focused on nurturing and empowering those involved in the sustainability industry.

Mr. Kimmes comes to Green Globe International with many years of diverse business and market development experience. A graduate of Regis University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Mr. Kimmes is highly adept at developing strategic relationships, identifying and seizing innovative market opportunities, and creating and implementing innovative sales/marketing strategies. Before establishing Green Globe, LLC, Mr. Kimmes began pioneering the “Green Lending Initiative” at one of California’s largest and most reputable banks. As Assistant Vice President and Business Development Officer, Mr. Kimmes was tasked with attracting personal, wealth management and commercial banking relationships. Previous to this experience, Mr. Kimmes served successfully in a variety of sales and sales manager positions for several companies and won numerous performance awards while in these positions.

Mr. Kimmes is considered in many circles to be the green expert relative to global landscape, alternative capital sources, innovative financial structures, incentive based opportunities and connective resourcing. Mr. Kimmes is a co-founder, advisory board member, advisory committee member, founder, and a member of several prominent green associations, including the United States Green Building Council, Los Angeles Economic Development Committee, Clean Tech Financing Forum, and the U.S. Trade Development Agency. He is a frequent contributor of green speaking engagements and a published columnist and researcher/author of several white papers and research pieces related to the global green economy.
