Cozen screwed up the first patent and the first court that looked at the lawsuit threw it out. HCMC appealed. The appeals court said the patent that Cozen supposedly fixed looked OK enough to send it back to the new court. The appeals court said they would assign it to a different court to avoid possible bias. Another way for the courts to CYA. Right now we don't know what the 2nd court decided, if anything yet. Holman never informs the investors what the "F" is going on. That is where we stand last I heard.
If this gets thrown out again by the new court, It's over.
