Its the job of the CEO to keep his investors happy. Obviously they can't disclose anything non-public but they can speak or reply to an email. Not replying to investor inquiries with a general response from himself or IR firm is ridiculous.

Yes it sucks to wait but only two options that the company has as I see it and that is to announce that we have a deal but what money could or would that bring us. Maybe we could stay alive longer but if we can't manage to put some type of a deal together we may as well close shop.....we can't just exist as if this was the 1950's TV when the TV stations would turn on the test patterns before broadcasting. Simply said I don't expect HDC to be successful and just what do we have to be successful? Yes move in a different direction but what? where will the money come from? No doubt I would think we would need to reverse split too. I personally believe Colleen will try and do what she can and our CEO to do what he can but what? Just remember many that don't post have been here longer than me and in May it will be 22 years for me. Two damn decades so you are not alone in wanting to hear something. Hear something now that we are done or wait longer? Now I must say this as I did in prior messages....If the CEO has left the company Colleen will most likely close the company by way of Attorneys etc. I am not sure but believe she isn't obligated to announce that and we may need to wait until we see that change, now that change may take many many months but I'm not totally sure. I have seen some public companies change over on "OTCMarket " but we may as well wait, wait and wait but those who can't wait just don't look back. I watch this as it is the tail end of my old ROTH accounts like 3 I think. At any rate many can feel what you feel so you are not alone

Hello BuyLow....it would seem to me that any business would know if it was a real business contacting them meaning a company contacting HDC. Perhaps not enough time for HDC to respond to them or they might feel it is just some investors knocking on their doorway that has no money for any dealings however also worth measuring would be that Elvis has left the building or are we getting ready to watch the movie theater curtain fall to the floor causing 6 " of past dust to burst out into our breathing zone so watch that curtain closely and hope it opens without smashing into the floor causing that massive plume burst of dust.

Many have been here since May of 2003 so you only have half the pain feel lucky.

Buylow...as for that website? It is real regardless if HDC IS. Our CEO is real which means Colleen and one other board member is too. I'm sure if our CEO has left or if Colleen would file an 8K either way being on the Expert market but my thoughts tend to lean towards thinking that if Dr. Hauser was gone Colleen would file a 8-K instead walking on egg shells however if a one shot deal that he is gone and she is shutting this business why file his departure when you might file it with a closure move of the company.

...sorry but physical pain is really smacking me today and although it is hard to understand my writings don't feel bad it is even hard for me to understand? Look! always just smile as the next day might be better than today and know it can get worse!

Buylow...both you and Sunspotter bring up the normal same like many of us but we just need to wait as we all know how to do that one.

We haven't heard anything from management (to our liking) but I'm use to peanut butter and blueberry sandwiches and yes we have been out of bread for years. Seems at least enough peanut butter by spoon seems to keep me breathing but I do hope we get an announcement/filing so we can buy some bread and maybe some jam to top it off. Sure would be nice to taste a nice filling steak but at least we have some peanut butter and a tea spoon to keep us alive and yes all these years suck a big one but we must wait for the curtain to open or fall to the floor.

SunSpotter....the website is a website regardless ether way but can see reasoning for the need and yes a positive one. Now our CEO - Dr Alan K. Hauser was hired to initiate business for HDC and perhaps that is a go and or working a combination plan both public and private? It doesn't look good for us since we haven't heard anything from him but they don't need to address us under the expert market exchange however it would seem if great news was forth coming that they will make that announcement. Maybe it is unrealistic but I had high hopes that Guyon would modify that patent(s) to the extent to file Non Provisional patent app NOT a Provisional patent application. Just maybe as I never give up which reminds me it also seems that Colleen HDC never gives up neither.

Yes, all this "information" has helped make fortunes.

Unfortunately those fortunes were made by the crooks behind this, such as Barnhill and his paid touts like Terry Hallinan.

Retail shareholders on the other hand have been taken to the cleaners by absorbing all the "information" that's been "shared" here.

College funds, retirements, marriages etc all ruined, but apparently the future is still bright.

Those are some good questions, JackNapier, questions that most of us have. Since our new CEO, Dr. Alan Faust, has taken the helm, there have been no public announcements, PRs, or SEC filings (except for an 8k to announce his hiring), and the stock remains on the Expert Market where it is not tradeable to retail investors.
Dr. Faust has created a new website for HDC which includes his contact information. I would suggest that you reach out to him with your questions and, if you get a reply, please share that information with us.
I do believe that Dr. Faust represents the best hope for HDVY shareholders to see a return on this investment. Good luck!

Hello All. Long time lurker and have just decided to join to pop in here and ask about the stock. I'm sure I hold a small amount compared to some of you. I'd really like to know what exactly is going on with the company and what you all see the direction it's going? I did keep up with it's battle with Intel and am away that we have a new CEO but that's really about it. Would love maybe just a idea of where we may be headed in the future, what steps the company is taking and how you long time holders feel about the future of the stock. I appreciate your time and info!

I hope all is well with you and yours. As I age, I am moving to a more conservative investment style. I currently view Intel as a higher risk/ higher potential return candidate so have minimal exposure. It is certainly interesting times for investors with so much volatility. The Vix has almost doubled from mid February to today.

Good points, Alan, and thank you for bringing your unique perspective to bear on HDC's algorithms.
According to the USPTO, HDC owns the "exclusive rights to all" SVM-RFE technology, so I am not exactly sure if you are referring to new algorithms that fall outside of SVM-RFE, or something else (when you state that there sre much better algorithms out there).
HDC has hired one of the foremost experts in the field, with a proven track record in business development, to monetize HDC's IP.
I would think that, when he took this job, he was astutely aware of the state of the art of this kind of technology, and saw a pathway to monetization.
Who can say, at this point, just what pathway Dr. Faust had in mind?
It is possible that he could be in collaboration with one or more medical diagnostics companies to develop new tests using HDC's proprietary technology.
If so, there would likely be no public announcement until such product has gone through the required testing and approval process. JMHO.

Well hello Alan...nice to see you are still active....yes it sure seems that other more modern patents might serve better so my other thoughts think HDC must move in a different direction but where in the world or how in the world can we raise enough funds to make that happen. Talk about massive reverse split just to get started then a good management team and so-forth?

Anyways as I said nice to see you posting as I was watching the Intel message thread a few weeks ago and didn't see you.

While I am very bearish on this company I am almost certain they would respond to a potential customer. OTOH, I can't imagine why any company would be willing to pay a royalty for this mostly obsolete algorithm when there are much better algorithms that are free and open sourced.

Their only hope was a company had already designed it in and it would be cheaper to pay HDVY than to replace it with a more modern algorithm.

Buylow.....it seems or appears that our CEO has an interest in some of our areas involving either our patents or in general our technical area. If this is so than he must somehow raise HDC out of the ashes or reverse this stock to try and enhance existing goal and also move in a multi direction in order to grow this. Now this is only my hope and poke scenario as I just don't see business as usual even if we were to file all our back filings with the SEC.

I seriously DOUBT but hope that Guyon is able to do enhancements to our patent that is set to expire this June/July. That could kick the can down the road a bit and if we can couple that with some type of positive news might serve us well.

Understand this is stretching my hope and poke drastically but to date we haven't seen the end of this or should we say we have not seen a bankruptcy filing. I never thought that Colleen and whatever BOD is left could kick the can this far down the road..... so just maybe..... why not hang in here until the curtain rod hits the floor or new curtains are placed back on the curtain rod.

You know it would have been nice if the Intel Corporation was actually feeding us an undetermined amount of money behind the scenes but that is highly unlikely and the only reason I say that is because of the agreement terms states HDC can never sue Intel as part of this agreement. More likely Intel spent enough money themselves trying to fend us off so another $2.25 million was worth it to them. Now what would have happen had our CEO - George - during that time have accomplished or not had he not passed? In my thoughts since George was getting further along within his health issues he would have probably passed the torch to Colleen so the results still would have been the same. Now no matter how you wanna cut this or who we believe or not believe our patents are as they are so what can we hope for? Our hope is that our present CEO-Alan is able to put something together that can develop enough cash to continue is some direction of business. As I see this that is our only hope and the days of glory just won't ever come but can we rise above the ashes enough to hold our own or somehow break even and close our eyes respectfully?... At any rate what a long journey and a valuable experience over the long years. I told my son a few years back to never give up however...when I look at my life regardless of stock or money what I didn't learn is to be smart enough to know when to give up. So as I say in a smirking way about HDC being cursed am I cursed with not being smart enough to give this fight up. Next ask why our CEO- Alan hasn't given up!👍️

Maybe we should really look back at how much money did the Barnhill Group put into this in the very beginning? I gather they gained mostly share with the exception of Sandy Shaw as he got more plus years afterwards he even protected his patent up keep even at the European Patent Office. It does seem that way and it hurts but like I said way back my thoughts were our attorneys could not produce enough in the discovery phase so maybe we were lucky to even leave with $2.25 million. It seems our only hopes are with our present CEO and nothing else really matters, if he can't come up with something good enough to produce enough money to handle all the back filings, and at least a short clear path with very little in our way then no doubt we will HEAR the doors slam...meaning total closure for a lack of better words. I hate to see that happen but really what can we do but do what we do best "Keep On Waiting" and hope we live long enough to see something positive.
